Mail & Courier Services

Curtin Mail & Courier Services Centre served as your collection point for your incoming parcel and mail but excluding any registered mail / register advise note.

Without the above details, Curtin Mail & Courier Services Centre reserved the right to reject the delivery of the items without prejudice.

When collecting your parcel or mail

• Present your student / staff ID
• Verify the items
• A MYR 1.00 handling fee will be charged per parcel
• Request for your receipt

When sending your parcel or mail

• Present your parcel to the counter and get weighted
• Fill in the way bill and indicate Sender’s Student / Staff ID beside the name of the “Sender”
• Choose your preference forwarder company and fill in the way bill
• A MYR 1.00 handling fee will be charged on top of your postage fee for every outgoing parcel

Please note that It is forbidden to send items that violate the postal regulations and the laws of the country.

Re-direct your parcel or mail to a different address

• Provide your valid mailing address and contact number
• Curtin Mail & Courier Center will advise the postage fee needed
• A MYR 10.00 re-direct fee will be imposed on top of your postage fee

Unclaimed parcels & mails

Any unclaimed parcels & mails will be disposed after 60 working days from the date of received without prejudice.

Before making your payment, verify that the recipient is Curtin University Malaysia (Bookshop).
